Out pouring of the Holy Spirit

The Descent of the Spirit

And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams, and on My menservants and on my maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days and they shall prophesy- Acts 2 : 17 - 18; Joel 2 : 28 - 29.

Between Two Thieves

Wow!!! Oh how HE loves us!!! LORD burn this into every heart. Every waking moment let it be about You and shining your love in this dark world. Amen.

The Whole Armour Of God

Quote 3D Logo

The cross must be raised again at the center of the marketplace as well as on the steeple of the church. I am claiming that Jesus was not crucified in a cathedral between two candles, but on a cross between two thieves; on the town garbage heap, at a crossroads so cosmopolitan they had to write His title in Hebrew, Latin, and Greek. At the kind of place where cynics talk smut, and thieves curse, and soldiers gamble, because that is where He died and that is what he died about and that is where churchmen ought to be and what churchmen should be about.

Impressions About Christmas

Awesome revelation on the gifts!

The Whole Armour Of God

Christmas Logo

“One act of obedience is better than one hundred sermons.” – Dietrich Bonhoeffer

Most of our impressions about Christmas revolve around concepts like “peace” and “harmony” and “unity.” But the first Christmas was filled with intense contrasts. On one hand, we have Herod who is willing to murder countless innocent babies in order to save his position as king. Then there are the three Magi, the wise men from the east:

On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh. – Matthew 2:11

These were gifts of great monetary and symbolic value:

  • MYRRH was a substance used in embalming fluid. This little boy had been born to die as the Savior of mankind! So in giving that gift, the wise men said, “You are…

Intense Prayer

Prayer is the KEY to every Area of our lives! God bless you. 🙂

Petal Barclay-Smith

By Petal Barclay-Smith

The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. We are commanded to pray and pray and pray again. The Word of God says we are to pray continually. Pray without ceasing. Men are to pray, lifting up holy hands without anger or disputing.

Jesus, the Son of God demonstrated to us the importance of prayer. He had a prayer life. Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed. Jesus oftentimes went to the mountainside to pray. The Bible also tells us that Daniel’s life was a life of prayer. He prayed three times a day.

Prayer brings results. Prayer brings intimacy with the Father and our spiritual life grows when we are in constant communion with God through prayer. We pray believing and

To Second Chances

I pray that the WORDS in this post will bless you as it has blessed me. Take time to read and Meditate on it. God bless you!! 🙂

Ann - A Friend of Jesus 2013

Regardless of where we are in life, have faith and remember love never fails.

God bless us, by faith, as we remember your unconditional love for us, in spite of our things and stuff. Let us meditate on 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (NKJV), 4 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; 5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; 6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; 7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 8 Love never fails. Let thy will be done.

Is the Pope Sneaking Out Of The Vatican At Night?

Please pray for God’s Blessings on the Pope!!! Thank you and God bless you for doing so. (Amen)

Bryan Patterson's Faithworks

APPARENTLY so. Several news agencies are reporting that Pope Francis is sneaking out of the Vatican at night to personally give money and food to the homeless citizens of Rome.

It reminds me of the book Shoes Of The Fisherman by the Australian novelist Morris West. In that fictional account, Pope Kiril, with the help of his personal aide, sneaks out of the Vatican and explores the city of Rome dressed as a priest.

Pope Francis used to sneak out at night to meet the poor as archbishop of Buenos Aires, before he was elected pope.

An anonymous source in the church told the Huffington Post that “Swiss guards confirmed that the pope has ventured out at night, dressed as a regular priest, to meet with homeless men and women.”

Pope Francis is far from the only pope known to sneak out of the Vatican at night. As uCatholic notes…

faith steps

“Asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He replied to them by saying, The kingdom of God does not come with signs to be observed or with visible display. 21 Nor will people say, Look! Here [it is]! or, See, [it is] there! For behold, the kingdom of God is within you [in your hearts] and among you [surrounding you].”  (Luke 17:20-21)

Many believers are unconsciously trapped by the mindset that the kingdom of Heaven is a distant place where we will all go someday. And yes, it is, but even though it is a true statement, it’s a limited thinking of what Jesus has done for us. Take a look at the book of Colossians:

“Giving thanks to the Father, Who has qualified and made us fit to share the portion which is the inheritance of the saints (God’s holy people) in the Light. 13 [The Father] has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,..” (Colossians 1:12-13)

This bible text reveals that we have already been, forgiven, qualified and translated out of the control and the dominion of the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of God.

In the post last week, I shared that, we are called to live in the presence of God, and that, this is done by obedience and walking in love.((John 15:10-11). This is important, because the original purpose for which we were created is be intimate with God, to fellowship and live in His presence.  When God created man He poured himself into man – His breath; creative life and power was poured into man. (Genesis 2:7). We were created to be one with Him, and from His presence to exercise dominion over all of God’s creation. We were created to live in harmony and union with God until Adam’s rebellion brought separation between man and God. And then, God devised a new plan for restoring His fellowship with man, He gave His Son Jesus Christ, to die and bridge the gap. And now through Jesus we are restored to an everlasting fellowship and communion with God. (Romans 5:17-19)

Since Christ has restored us into fellowship with God as New Creation, therefore, we are already living in the kingdom of God now. And so, if we are already living in the presence of God, and we know that in the presence of God there is peace, joy, salvation, healing, provision, restoration, in short, abundant Life (John 10:10). Doesn’t it then make sense that everything we need is already available to us now? The healing, peace, joy, salvation of loved ones, deliverance and provision for every thing we need in this very present moment is already existing in God, and we, in Christ, are living in the very presence of God!

This is the reason why faith must operate with the mindset of Now! Faith receives the blessings of God now! (Hebrews 11:1). Faith is present tense not future tense, our faith is not in the future because we are already living in the kingdom of Heaven right now by faith! Therefore, our faith also must match up with that understanding of where we are Spiritually. Our mind has to be renewed to this Spiritual fact.

Faith is now, the Kingdom of Heaven is now. Don’t allow the devil to trap you with the mindset that the Kingdom is a distance away and in the future. The word of God says in Luke 17, the kingdom is already in us, and we are already in the Kingdom now. We have been translated from the kingdom of darkness, from the control and dominion of Satan, the law of sin and death can not rule over us anymore, we are now in the the Kingdom of Heaven, in the presence of God. So therefore, we have access to everything we need from God by faith now!

Believe and release your faith today, ask God for that particular need in your life, ask Him to help you today where you feel weak or overwhelmed with the situation you are facing. Maybe your need is for healing or whatever you need deliverance for, receive it now by faith in the name of Jesus, and begin to thank God by faith for the answer to your prayer now. Faith is present, faith is now! Thank God for the salvation of your loved ones now! Thank Him for healing and restoring every area that is broken in your life now! Thank God for every thing you need now! And keep growing in your daily walk with God, keep confessing His word over your life. As you continue in the Lord, at the right season or “due season” (Galatians 6:7-9), you will see the answer to your prayer in physical form. (John 1:1). For with God all things are possible! (Amen)

Please make this declaration with me:

Lord I I believe that Jesus died for me to be freed from every curse of the law. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Saviou. I believe your word is true and I receive your provision and healing in my life now by faith! I walk by faith and not by sight, I thank you Father that I will see the physical manifestation in due season. I ask in Jesus name. Amen!

I’m praying in agreement with you from this end! God bless you!
